3. Our EU authorised representative is not responsible for dealing with the after-sale problems of the products, please do not send the returned products to the authorised representative's address, and we will not be responsible for the loss of the products.

Our company as a cross-border seller's product European agent in charge, not the product manufacturer / importer / distributor, only to provide communication and contact between the seller and the European Union, is not responsible for the compliance of the product to ensure that if any product compliance issues, by the seller's own responsibility.
